The 2024 Girl's US Open Champion - Mika Stojsavlevic

The US Open is one of the biggest tournaments in the tennis calendar not only for the men's and women's tour but also for the juniors. Our very own Mika Stojsavlevic, who has come all the way through our performance program from just 5 years old, was competing in the girls' singles event at the tournament in New York City. After playing some outstanding tennis the whole week, Mika managed to beat four seeded players throughout the tournament and in the final stayed steady to win 6-4, 6-4, claiming the 2024 Girls' US Open title. Mika is proud to say that she has come through our performance program here at Ealing and was greeted with tremendous adulation on her return to the club. This goes to show that not only are our players winning regional and national titles but also international ones at the very highest level. Mika exemplifies the determination and dedication to become successful as a tennis player and is someone all of our current juniors look up to. We look forward to even bigger success for Mika as we follow along on her tennis journey.
