An experienced Coach who has been the lead Coach in a number of establishments in England and abroad he is one of the few Coaches who is professionally qualified in sports Coaching having graduated from Edinburgh University.
George is responsible for putting in place a comprehensive competitive coaching programme catering for all ages and abilities and we take pride in producing more National and Regional players than any other Club in the region. George is recognised as a practising Middlesex County Coach.
Shola has experience in senior positions at clubs across Middlesex, and has worked in performance programmes, where he has helped develop players from Regional players into national players and national players into international level.
Through challenging coaching and a positive performance environment, Shola believes in effort bringing reward (improvement) and endeavours to understand the specific needs of each player.
Shola works alongside George as a Middlesex county coach – captaining the Boys 14U and 16U team.
Gham has over 30 years of experience. He has coached players at development level and players desiring to reach a national level, including his son who played American University tennis and achieved an ATP ranking. Gham's coaching philosophy is to get the best from players to improve technically, tactically, physically and mentally whilst enjoying the game!

Coaching experience with adults and juniors from grass roots to professional. Experience on the WTA Tour and with Grand Slam players. Played and coached at the highest level of college tennis in America. Gained an ATP ranking as a player.
